GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE (T&CS)
MONDIAL BAG
1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE COMPANY
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use govern the relationship between:
MBSV, a single-person simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a capital of €100, registered with the Montpellier Trade and Companies Register under number 103 198 388, whose registered office is located at 14 Rue Voltaire, 34200 Sète, operating the commercial brand MONDIAL BAG,
hereinafter referred to as "MONDIAL BAG",
and any natural or legal person using the services offered.
2. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE
MONDIAL BAG offers:
• The rental of automated and secure luggage storage;
• The rental of secure key boxes;
• Additional services for travellers and professionals.
Any use of the service implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.
3. ACCESS HOURS
Luggage storage and key boxes are available 24/7.
MONDIAL BAG reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the service for reasons of maintenance, security, force majeure or technical necessity.
4. RATES
Prices are expressed in euros including VAT.
The applicable rates are those displayed on the website, the booking facilities and in the MONDIAL BAG premises.

• 9 € / 24 hours
Locker M (H50)
• €3.50 / hour
• 12 € / 24 hours
Locker L (H90)
• €4.50 / hour
• 18 € / 24 hours
Key Boxes
• €5.90 / hour
• €9.90 / day
• €24.90 / week
• €39.90 / month
• 350 € / year
Any overtime started is automatically billed.
MONDIAL BAG reserves the right to change its rates at any time. The applicable rates are those in force at the time of booking.
5. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
All bookings become final after payment has been validated.
Payment is made by the means offered on the website or the booking facilities.
A confirmation is sent to the user electronically.
6. USE OF THE SERVICE
The user is solely responsible for:
• Deposited property;
• The storage of their access codes;
• The conservation of its QR Codes;
• The use of equipment.
Any voluntary or involuntary transmission of an access code to a third party is the sole responsibility of the user.
7. PROHIBITED ITEMS
It is strictly forbidden to deposit:
• Weapons and ammunition;
• Illicit products;
• Flammable products;
• Explosive products;
• Toxic products;
• Hazardous products;
• Animals;
• Perishable foodstuffs;
• Stolen objects;
• Any object whose possession is prohibited by law.
MONDIAL BAG may report any suspicious activity to the competent authorities.
8. RIGHT TO OPEN LOCKERS
MONDIAL BAG reserves the right to open a locker without the customer's prior consent in the following cases:
• Suspicious object;
• Risk to the safety of people or property;
• Abnormal smell;
• Leakage or drip;
• Suspicion of illegal activity;
• Administrative or judicial requisition;
• Technical necessity or maintenance operation.
Any opening is carried out in compliance with the applicable regulations.
9. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
The premises are placed under video surveillance to ensure the safety of people, property and equipment.
Recordings may be transmitted to the competent authorities in accordance with the regulations in force.
10. TIME OVERRUNS
Any overtime started is automatically billed.
After the booking has expired, additional charges may be applied in accordance with the current rates.
11. PROPERTY NOT RECOVERED
Goods not collected at the end of the reservation are kept for a maximum of 5 days.
A notification email may be sent to the user.
If they are not recovered within this period, the goods may be:
• Destroyed;
• Recycled;
• Donated to an association;
• Handed over to the competent authorities.
No compensation can be claimed.
12. LIABILITY
MONDIAL BAG implements all reasonable means to ensure the security, availability and proper functioning of its equipment and services.
The user remains solely responsible for the goods deposited in the luggage lockers or key boxes as well as for the storage of their access codes, QR codes or booking identifiers.
MONDIAL BAG has no knowledge of the contents of the lockers and has no control over the goods deposited.
MONDIAL BAG cannot be held liable in particular in the event of:
• Fraudulent use of access codes;
• User error or negligence;
• Loss, forgetfulness or voluntary abandonment;
• Deposit of prohibited objects;
• Intervention by the competent authorities;
• Electricity, computer, internet or telephone failure;
• An act of vandalism;
• Natural disaster;
• Force majeure;
• Indirect damage or operating loss.
It is strongly advised not to deposit cash, jewellery, precious objects, identity documents, valuable computer equipment or any object whose loss could cause significant damage.
MONDIAL BAG cannot be considered as a depositary within the meaning of Articles 1915 et seq. of the Civil Code.
If the employee is legally liable, the maximum compensation is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
13. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
They are used to:
• Reservation management;
• Invoicing;
• The security of the service;
• Customer support.
The user has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the MONDIAL BAG website is protected by the Intellectual Property Code.
Any reproduction or use without prior authorisation is prohibited.

15. CONSUMER MEDIATION
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, any consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
MONDIAL BAG adheres to the CM2C system.
The full contact details of the mediator will be communicated on request and appear on the mediator's website.
16. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms and conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution as a priority.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the French courts with territorial jurisdiction will have sole jurisdiction.
17. MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS
MONDIAL BAG reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of booking.
